District Comittee for the Establishment of a Multilingual Living Guide provides a basic living guide in 12 different languages: English, Chinese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, German, French, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Tagalog, Thai and 2 translations in standard and simple Japanese.
