How to Make a User Card

User cards can only be issued to those who reside, work or study in Hyogo Prefecture with valid identification. Apply for a user card in the Resource Center.

Library
Our multi-language library offers a collection of about 20,000 books published inside and outside Japan. Overseas and foreign language newspapers and magazines are also available for visitors to read. The library provides readers with a diverse selection of information ranging from Japanese history and culture to travel guide books, and also children's books. Most books can be borrowed for a period of 2 weeks.

Multimedia Library
Free internet access, CD/cassette players, videos, and DVD players are offered in our multimedia library. We have a collection of Japanese, overseas educational, and cultural DVDs and CDs that can be used in the library.

The purpose of the gallery is to deepen international understanding through the introduction of the activities of international exchange and cooperation groups. It can also be used as a multipurpose event hall for the exhibition of paintings, sculptures, or for international bazaars.

You are free to relax and enjoy international exchange in this open space. The salon has two large-screen televisions that can show English language broadcasts.

Information about Hyogo and tourist information is available for foreign residents and visitors.

Monday - Friday

9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m

This activity room is available to non-government organizations and groups focusing on international exchange and cooperation. The office is equipped with tables for meetings and preparations, white boards, lockers, and a printing machine.
