The Hyogo International Association has an "Information and Advisory Service Center" which offers free counseling for foreign residents on all aspects of living in Japan. Consultants speak English, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese and Japanese, and assist those who are in need of help. Free legal counseling provided by lawyers is also available. Feel free to contact us.
