Hyogo International Plaza
Information Center (Library)
Contains Japanese and foreign language books (approximately 8,000 books in English, Chinese, Korean, and other languages), as well as Japanese teaching materials. The books can be freely browsed by everyone. Anyone who lives in, works, or attends school in Hyogo Prefecture can borrow up to five books for a period of two weeks.
Opening Hours Monday to Friday, 9:30 - 17:30
Days Closed Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, and New Year Holidays (December 29 to January 3)

International Exchange Gallery
Holds exhibitions and other events related to international exchange.
Overseas Visitors Center
Provides pamphlets on sightseeing and transportation systems, as well as multi-language lifestyle guides.
Japanese Education Promotion Office
Houses books and teaching materials for learning Japanese, and a wide range of Japanese teaching and learning support materials for children with overseas ties.
